First training from ATC (AEGEE Traing Camp)

On the 20th of June was held the first training of the project ATC «Development: The Science of Type». The trainer was the HR responsible of AEGEE-Kyiv Anna Gots. On the training came 15 persons. It took place at the G-Club, which was kindly granted by the company «GlobalLogic». During the training the guys got to know about the types of personality according to the theory Catherine Briggs.
For what reasons do you need the knowledge of typology of behavior in the modern business and everyday life? The understanding to what type belongs the collaborator, learning of your own type of behaviour, ability to adapt to interlocutor will help the employer in task formulation, training and in a feedback. This tool is effective in the sales, negotiations and service.
The participants were passing the tests and determining their colour. The trainer was giving the characteristics to each colour and explaining a lot of nuances as between the colours. We underwent the tests, talked with each other and had a good time.
